About the book |
||||||||||||
| Inspired by Andrew Rollings superb Speccy book and Michael Frasers "Rubber Beermat" website I wanted to create a large 'bible' full of Spectrum reviews. I contacted Michael to see if I could use his reviews which he agreed to and also wanted to become part of the project. We created a 'test' book at lulu.com to see what a potential book would look like. A 700 page word document was created with chapter graphics added, around 500 reviews were included from several websites and we finally published the book and took a copy each. The results were very good and impressed us enough to want to create a series of books full of fan reviews. Retro Gamer put an advert in the latest issue and now its all systems go. |

| We want to create several books of reviews starting off with 1982-1984 with over 200 reviews in each. It'll be a great collection for your bookcase when the completed series of books are finished with reviews for some of the most famous games to some of the worst and also some of the most underrated. | ||||||||||||
| So how does it work ? | ||||||||||||
